The most awaited iPhone 12 has finally been announced; however, a lot of rumors have disturbed the audience. Though, a lot of people are still unaware of the news, it's time to face the truth.

This might seem like a bomb dropping on your heads, but iPhone 12 will not come with an AC adaptor and earbuds. Yes, you’ve heard it right! At the announcement event by Apple, the Cupertino-based company confirmed the ongoing rumour that the new iPhone would no longer ship the charger, but a cable will be included. 

The new iPhone 12 will bring four new models that are the iPhone Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Fortunately, all the new models will offer 5G, a sleek design, and a fast processor. Not only this, but the company has also worked on the improvement of its camera. 

The bad news is not only the latest Apple phones, but the company will be removing the accessories from all other models going forward. As announced by Apple, the two major accessories won’t be made available on the environmental grounds. Similarly, Apple’s Watch models will not deliver a charging brick. Further, the company mentioned using lessor raw materials for every iPhone sold. A small retail box will be used, which means a reduction of carbon emissions due to more space on a single shipping pallet. Overall, the company has an estimation of cutting down about 2 million metric tons of carbon every year. To make it crystal clear, it is equivalent to removing 4,50,000 cars annually.

If you visit Apple's site, the list of phones, including iPhone XR, iPhone 11, and iPhone SE mentions that only a USB-C to Lightning cable is available to ship along with the phone. As per Apple’s assumptions, they also announced that an estimated figure of 700 million Lightning headphones and 2 billion Apple power adaptors are already out in the world. Therefore, it suggests that almost all Apple users already have two accessories. 

According to some, Apple removing the accessories from its phone is still fine, but what’s not justified is no reduction in its cost. Thus, the new iPhone 12 will be available from $699, depending upon the models, without an adaptor and earbuds. It seems like the company is focused on making some more money while pressurizing over environmental impact.
